Warehouse Coordinator

to join their facility near

Smynra, GA

Responsibilities of Warehouse Coordinator

Prepares job folders for Stock and BTO machine orders Audits orders pulled to ensure accuracy and document backlogged items Ships and receives orders into system daily and logs required documentation Data entry and reporting within SAP. Operate and utilize all distribution equipment including but not restricted to lift trucks, shipping meters, computer systems, conveyors, bar code equipment and package machines as required. Use of safety equipment as required. Visually verifies condition of parts and packaging. Prepare shipment bills and manifests. Support modifications, sales, and parts departments by communicating parts shortages. Cleans warehouse office using broom, vacuum, and other common cleaning items. Designates and authorizes parts to be placed into inventory by others Logs and tracks parts via company systems Accurately keeps track of parts via spreadsheet supporting accurate inventory. Communicates with carriers regarding timing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Other job duties are assigned as needed

Qualifications of Warehouse Coordinator:

High school diploma or higher education is preferred At least 2 years' Warehouse / Shipping related experience Good team Strong work ethics While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.*
