Full Time Teller/Member Service Representative

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a service-oriented individual to join our team and provide our members with trustworthy and friendly financial experiences. At Dakotaland FCU the members are the number one priority. Duties include but are not limited to making daily deposits/withdrawals, helping members with account questions/account maintenance, issue/redeem certificates, answering phone calls, processing account transfers and loan payments, and various duties as assigned. Position also requires servicing ATMs when necessary.

Expectations:

Must possess good judgment and be able to make independent decisions. Maintain member and credit union confidentiality. Must have good listening and communication skills. Maintain high levels of accuracy. Maintain and balance cash drawer. Expected to stay up to date on all credit union services and explain those to members on a general basis.
Applicant must be bondable, pass a background check, and have a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to regularly lift/transport up to 10 pounds at a time and occasionally lift/transport up to 50 pounds at times. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Environment is primarily indoor. May be required to service ATMs and outdoor equipment in uncontrolled weather conditions including but not limited to high temps, low temps, wind, rain, snow, and ice.
