Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous in person, drive thru or telephone service to members while processing routine financial transactions and answering questions. Cross sells credit union products and services, and makes referrals to a Loan Officer, to Mid Oregon Wealth Management, or to our Mortgage Lending area as needed and/or directed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Pleasant, friendly demeanor; excellent customer service abilities in greeting members and making them feel comfortable; keyboarding including 10-key; accuracy in handling transactions and cash; ability to grasp a variety of tasks and perform them efficiently and quickly; ability to retain knowledge of CU products and services and offer them to members when appropriate.
