Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to join our team. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while performing day-to-day banking transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a passion for helping customers with their financial needs.

Duties:

Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing. Provide information on bank products and services, helping customers select the best options for their needs. Cross-sell appropriate products and services to deepen customer relationships as needed. Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels in accordance with bank policies. Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently. Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support branch operations and contribute to team goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a teller or customer service role, preferably in a banking environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of banking products and services. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Comfortable using computers and financial software systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in banking or finance is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
