We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Teller to join our financial institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining accurate records. As a Teller, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the bank, ensuring that all customer needs are met with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provides a friendly and accurate customer experience Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently in adherence to bank policies and regulations such as cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, transfers, and issuing monetary instruments Responsible for maintenance on accounts such as address changes, name changes, activation of accounts, and reissue of debit cards Educate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions that enhance the customer experience Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision. Identify potential fraud through vigilant monitoring of transactions and reporting any suspicious activities. Perform retail math calculations to ensure accuracy in transactions and balances. Balances cash drawer Handles mail payments and deposits Comply with bank operations and security procedures Protects the integrity of bank documents and customer confidentiality

Requirements

Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred Strong cash management skills with a proven ability to handle cash accurately Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
