Job Summary

As a Teller you will deliver a level of service unsurpassed, while building relationships by positively representing our products and solutions. You will perform financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, accurate, knowledgeable and professional customer experience

Assist customers with various banking needs including opening new accounts, loan applications, IRAs and CD accounts based on customer's financial needs

Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently in adherence to bank policies and regulations such as cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, transfers, and issuing monetary instruments

Responsible for maintenance on accounts such as address changes, name changes, activation of accounts, and reissue of debit cards

Educate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions that enhance the customer experience

Evaluates checks to verify endorsements, dates, identification of persons receiving payments, bank names, and overall legality of the documents

Records transactions into banking system, producing computer-generated receipts

Balances cash drawer

Handles mail payments and deposits

Manages vault transactions and inventory of cash and drafts

Comply with bank operations and security procedures

Protects the integrity of bank documents and customer confidentiality

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills

Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Detail oriented

Excellent math skills

Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity

Education and Experience:

Previous banking or financial services experience required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
