Job Responsibilities:

Operate the Avaya switchboard to handle all calls promptly and professionally Monitor hospital codes, alarms, and safety systems Activate beepers and emergency notifications as needed Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with patient information Support telecommunications operations and assist with additional duties as needed Represent the hospital with a professional demeanor and appearance

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Switchboard experience (preferred) Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills (required)
