Seeking experienced telephone debt collectors or individuals with telephone sales experience for collections role at our agency. Professional, positive environment with competitive pay plus monthly incentive program. Willing to train serious candidates with related experience. Excellent team, supportive management, and great location in a compliant organization with high standards for professionalism and information security. M-F 8:00-4:30 or 10:30-7:00 shifts available.

Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound telephone calling.
- Collect on various past due consumer obligations
- Negotiate re-payment terms
- Adhere to company policy and regulatory requirements
- Meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Manage assigned accounts.
- Meet performance goals

Qualifications
- Collections, Sales or other customer-facing experience
- Learners and workforce returnees are highly encouraged to apply
- Professionalism/Respect for others
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology/Insurance a plus
- Positive attitude/ability to identify opportunities
- Computer literacy, keyboarding skills
