to join our growing team in Maplewood! You'll connect with small and medium-sized businesses to introduce them to exclusive to us AT&T deals, qualify their needs, and help schedule appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to local businesses to identify qualified prospects.
Gather key information and schedule appointments for our account managers.
Maintain detailed records of your calls and follow-ups.
Represent AT&T's business services professionally and enthusiastically.
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Reliable, goal-oriented, and professional attitude.

Bonus pay per line sold (5-line average per appointment)

Consistent callers:
$55k-$65k/year
High performers:
$70k-$80k+
Top 10%:
$85k-$100k+ depending on volume sold
If you're reliable and consistent,
$60k/year is normal here.

9am-5pm Monday-Friday, in-office
