We're seeking a skilled spanish speaking BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs. Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services. Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis. Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs. Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.

Qualifications:

BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in ABA or a related discipline. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Spanish speaking required*
