As a Telecommunications Sales Associate, you'll be out in the community at retail settings, at events, and in community outreach, meeting customers in person, answering their questions, and helping them enroll in the right services. What You'll Do as a Telecommunications Sales Associate

:

Engage face-to-face with customers at community events by initiating conversations, introducing available wireless products and services, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages open dialogue. Build genuine connections with customers by asking the right questions to understand their lifestyle, budget, and communication needs, then guiding them step-by-step through the enrollment process to ensure accuracy and ease. Clearly explain wireless plans, devices, and promotions in simple, relatable terms, ensuring customers fully understand the benefits and features so they can confidently choose the best solutions for themselves and their families. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and enrollments using company systems, making sure account information is up to date, follow-ups are scheduled, and any issues are flagged for timely resolution. Collaborate with Telecommunications Sales Associates and managers to share insights, track progress, and contribute ideas that drive both individual performance and the team's ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sale by resolving questions or concerns quickly, following up to confirm satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty that strengthens both the company's reputation and the customer relationship.

What We Look For: Telecommunications Sales Associate

:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable talking to people face-to-face. A motivated, goal-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with confidence and professionalism. Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to group success. Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or outreach is a plus but not required--we provide training.

Telecommunications Sales Associate Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus but not required). Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends as needed. Reliable transportation to commute to our office in San Bernardino, CA and local outreach locations. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Projected Total Compensation: $47,823.13 - $57,593.44 per year
