Job Overview:

As a member of the Headquarters Routing Department, the Telecommunication Representative is primarily responsible for performing outbound calls including sales follow-ups, COD's, cores and broken promises. Additionally, responsible for territory calls, assisting with the chat portal and conducting facility tours. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a highly collaborative mindset, an ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, rapidly changing atmosphere.

Schedule/Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:15PM
