Looking for a skilled telecommunications technician in the Waterloo area.
The ideal candidate should have experience installing telephone equipment, data/voice cabling including properly running data cable, termination and testing.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair business telephone systems
Install audio/video or communications equipment
Troubleshoot and provide support for all customer phone issues
Inspect, test and maintain telephone lines, circuits, trunks and associated wiring and cabling
Configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end user telecommunications hardware, telephone devices and endpoints and voice/fax/data hardware products.
Must always be customer service oriented and show professionalism
Working knowledge of fiber optic and copper cable terms and concepts is a plus.
