MicroTrenching, setting utility vaults
, and assisting with general site labor. Candidates must be comfortable operating
mini excavators
, hold a
valid CDL
, and be capable of performing tasks such as
concrete work, pressure washing, and physical job site cleanup
.
Key Responsibilities
MicroTrenching & Vault Installation
Operate MicroTrench saws and equipment according to job specifications and depth requirements.
Accurately set and align utility vaults using proper compaction and bedding techniques.
Perform backfill and restoration, including concrete patching and finishing work.
Equipment & CDL Operations
Safely operate mini excavators, compactors, and other small construction equipment.
Drive company trucks and haul trailers to and from job sites (must have
valid CDL
).
Load/unload vaults, materials, and tools with care.
Site Maintenance & Labor Support
Assist with pressure washing, broom cleanup, and general job site housekeeping.
Use hand tools and perform manual labor in support of daily production goals.
Help mark up site drawings and take field photos for reporting.
Safety & Compliance
Follow
OSHA safety standards
and company policies at all times.
Attend daily safety briefings and wear required PPE.
Work outdoors in all conditions while maintaining a professional and safety-first attitude.
Qualifications
Experience in
telecom or utility construction
preferred.
Proficient in operating
mini excavators
and small trenching equipment.
Valid CDL (Class A or B)
highly desired.
Ability to perform
basic concrete work, pressure washing
, and physical labor tasks.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and work on a team.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
