Baker Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking a responsible experienced

Telebelt Operator

for operation of a Putzmeister TB-130 Telebelt. Preferred experience would include a minimum 2+ years as a Telebelt or concrete pump operator. Requirements include CDL - Class B and a clean driving record. Some travel required - home every weekend. Responsibilities would include knowledge of use, maintenance and repair, regular cleaning, and scheduling. Wage negotiable based on knowledge and experience. Duties

Operate the Telebelt machine safely and efficiently to transfer and place construction materials at various site locations Conduct routine inspections of the equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify maintenance needs Coordinate with site supervisors and crew members to understand material placement requirements and adjust operations accordingly Assist with quality inspection of materials being delivered and placed to meet project specifications Maintain accurate logs of machine operation, material usage, and safety checks throughout each shift Support warehouse activities by handling materials with forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards

Requirements

Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as Telebelts or similar conveyor systems in construction or manufacturing environments Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks Strong understanding of materials handling, including loading, unloading, and packaging processes Familiarity with quality inspection procedures for construction materials Experience with warehouse operations, including forklift and pallet jack operation, is preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and reduce waste on site Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads safely

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
