Job Description




We are looking for a smart,growth oriented,well-spoken individual for sales & customer support profile for our EdTech firm. Job Responsibilities:

  • You shall do cold-calling on the leads provided for various courses
  • Converting the leads into admissions through tele-calling
  • Giving prompt and appropriate customer support to all the participants
  • Doing feedback calls & generating leads for our services as well as updating & maintaining database
  • Generating repeat business by promoting new offers to customers
Experience/Requirements:
  • Proven experience of telesales or sales min 1 year
  • Experience in course selling would be added advantage
  • Good customer support & service skills
  • Computer literacy
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Convincing skills
  • Fluency in marathi,hindi & english
