We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tecnica de unas to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling pampered and satisfied. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Duties
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, and gel applications.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care options.
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best service possible.
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction.
Utilize financial software for processing payments and managing client accounts accurately.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tecnica de unas or similar role in a salon or spa setting.
Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by local regulations.
Familiarity with financial software for transaction processing is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks associated with nail care services.
