Technology Lifecycle Management Quality Control Associate
Job Description
New Tech Global is currently seeking a TLM Quality Control Associate for a client in Odessa.
Day shift
Pay - $30 an hour
The TLM Quality Control Operator is responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demand.
The TLM Quality Control Operator improves the reliability of Product Line equipment assets, and increases the utilization and efficiency of assets.
Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer with equipment preparation for jobs.
Perform noninvasive maintenance pertaining to the final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.
Execute work orders (WOs) as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Product Line, ensuring compliance to standard work as well as WO data accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation, such as calibrations, function tests, material certifications and inspections, and as necessary, third-party quality control inspections.
Prepare equipment and critical spares for shipment and staging at a pre-determined location or loading zone.
Receive equipment after SBS offloads equipment that is returning to the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) base.
