Position Summary:




The Technology Consultant's activities include configuring and testing solutions, assisting with survey programming, building dashboards, and integrating platforms. The Consultant acts as the solution delivery project manager to ensure the project is completed according to agreed objectives, project plan, scope, budgeted effort, and committed time frame. The key part of the role is to enable clients to receive value from their purchased Qualtrics products quickly.

Responsibilities:



Become an expert on the Qualtrics XM Platform and related solutions Play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services, demonstrating the value we can provide. Participate in total account management activities including but not limited to completing intake forms, change orders, SOW updates, etc. Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through Zoom and email Train and educate clients on specific and new aspects of the XM Platform and related solutions Create project scope by gathering technical requirements and understanding timelines and deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Informatics, Psychology, Sociology, or related field, or relevant experience Experience managing multiple projects Previous experience working with Qualtrics, or similar customer/employee management platforms preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:



Exceptional communication and presentation skills to establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize daily tasks Previous experience with work operating systems and enterprise resource planning platforms helpful (Monday.com and SAP ByDesign preferred) This role requires the ability to travel to client sites, with expected travel approximately once per month.
