Associate degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer
Science or related fields.
1+ year experience in technical support, field service, electronic product repair, or related
roles.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of circuit theory, electronic components, measurement
instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, DC power supply, electronic load, internal
resistance tester, etc.).
Hands-on experience in CAN / RS485 / UART / I2C communication debugging, firmware
upgrade, configuration tools.
Language & Communication
Bilingual Chinese & English preferred (good verbal & written communication).
Strong patience, customer-service mindset, and willingness to help users at different skill
Level.
