Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will a background in pool & spa industry with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met promptly.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues. Must be willing to work in all weather condition. Have basic knowledge of 120V & 240V systems. Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client concerns. Work with logic controllers and other electronic devices to ensure proper functionality. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot mechanical failures effectively. Have basic plumbing skills.

Experience

Candidates should have experience in the following areas:

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clienya Experience in mechanical repairs is preferred.
