Job Summary:

Ensure all products are sewn to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines Read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions Cut and sew fabric to create high-quality products Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve sewing machine issues Train and mentor junior sewing technicians

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sewing Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and tools Ability to read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Working hours are Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm. Flexibility with working days and hours is required to meet customer demands.

8+ hours per working day excluding breaks.
