Change oil Check and refill fluids Rotate tires Test and replace batteries Inspect and replace lights and wipers Perform an 18-point safety check Perform other preventive maintenance services

Principal Duties:

Changing oil, checking fluid levels, rotating tires, preventative care Inspect, maintain, and service a wide variety of vehicles Educate customers on services performed and vehicle needs Approach the job with a "customer first" mentality Ensure a clean and professional work environment Contribute to a highly motivated team environment Be professional in appearance and attitude Treat others with respect and consideration while following VALVOLINE policies and procedures

Experience & Requirements:

Previous technician experience preferred but not required. Valvoline is committed to training employees at all levels of experience and knowledge. Must have the flexibility to work weekends and other scheduled shifts, varied between 7:00am - 7:30pm.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Very heavy work - Exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for heavy work.

Job Type: Full-time, up to 40 hours, overtime as needed

Work Location: In person - Must be located near the job site

Pay: $35,000-$40,000, composite hourly $16-$18 (DOE) base and bonus potential
