Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (may vary by project)

Field - Various residential and commercial sites on O?ahu

Senior Technician / Field Supervisor / Owner

Position Overview

The Junior Technician is an entry- to mid-level field role responsible for assisting in a wide range of handyman and renovation projects. This position provides hands-on experience, training, and mentorship with the goal of developing the skills and knowledge necessary to advance to a Senior Technician role. The Junior Technician works under the guidance of senior field staff and ensures quality, timely, and professional service for our customers.

Core Responsibilities

Assist senior technicians on residential and commercial repair, renovation, and maintenance projects Learn and apply skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, finish work, and general handyman tasks Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment on job sites Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow company safety protocols Support scheduling, site logistics, and customer communication under guidance Follow instructions carefully and ask questions to ensure quality workmanship

Role Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportationBasic hand tools and willingness to learn specialized tools and techniques Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment Desire to grow skills in the trades and take on increasing responsibilities

Position Notes

Work is primarily outdoors or on-site Travel between job sites is required - company vehicle is provided during work hours Training and mentorship provided on all tasks, with opportunities for advancement This role reflects the company's focus on quality work, professional growth, and a supportive team culture
