ABOUT THE ROLE




The Technical Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving comprehensive training programs across sales, clinical, and service functions. This role ensures that employees and partners are equipped with the technical knowledge, compliance awareness, and customer-centric skills required to drive business growth and operational excellence. Oversees corporate training policies, regulatory alignment, and performance metrics, leveraging modern learning technologies to deliver scalable, impactful programs across business segments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



Design and deliver technical training programs across sales, clinical, and service functions, aligned with business priorities and compliance requirements. Also, other professional development training as required. Ensure training programs comply with CMS, OCS, ASES, FDA, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks, maintaining accurate documentation and evidence. Leverage data analytics and dashboards to measure training effectiveness, knowledge transfer, and business impact. Optimize and manage learning management systems (LMS), training software, and digital enablement platforms for scalability. Incorporate AI-driven learning tools, gamification, and mobile-first solutions to foster continuous learning culture. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure training content reflects latest industry standards and product updates. Establish and monitor training KPIs, reporting outcomes and alignment with divisional and corporate goals. Drive innovation in training delivery through interactive formats, collaborative platforms, and self-paced learning modules. Maintain and update regulatory policies and procedures inventory, ensuring timely distribution and accessibility. Act as a training ambassador, promoting a culture of technical excellence, compliance, and customer-centricity across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING




Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).

Minimum of 5 years in training management, with proven expertise in at least one of the following: sales enablement, clinical education, or service training.
