Work Schedule: As a

Technical Trainer

, you will work Monday through Friday

7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

with additional hours, nights and weekends as needed.





Pay: As a

Technical Trainer

, you will be paid

$72,000 - $95,000/ year

depending on experience.





As a

Technical Trainer

, you will:




Develop and deliver HVAC and plumbing training programs on HVAC and plumbing installation, service, troubleshooting, and safety procedures Evaluate field staff performance, provide feedback, and track skill progression Perform daily site visits to ensure that field staff are living up to Bovio Rubino standards Support field staff by serving as a primary line of contact to answer any technical questions that they may have Stay current with all HVAC and plumbing laws, codes, technologies, and best practices Track and investigate callbacks for areas of staff or team improvement and additional training opportunities Communicate with manufacturers to resolve product issues

You could be a great fit as a

Technical Trainer

with Bovio Rubino Service if you have:



10+ years of HVAC and plumbing experience 3+ years of experience in an HVAC field supervisor or leadership role 3+ years of training and/or teaching experience Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques Full understanding of all local HVAC codes Knowledge of sheet metal practices Full understanding of air flow principles Understanding of manual J & D Ability to create layouts and designs and effectively communicate a complete HVAC system installation to installers Customer service skills Proficiency with computers Advanced communication skills with team members
