CLX is seeking Technical Support / Customer Advocate Agents to join our team. At Cybertron we strive to provide a top level professional and friendly service to our customers. Your job is to assist our customers through their entire experience starting from consideration, purchase, and post purchase. You will be incentivized in your efforts to provide the best possible customer experience. Job Functions: \xe2\x80\xa2 A Customer Support Specialist\xe2\x80\x99s main duty is to provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding their hardware and software issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, and notifying them of any impending changes \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with supervisors and other departments to facilitate fast incident resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advocate on customers behalf to insure high levels of customer satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide customers and prospects with hardware recommendations on hardware solutions that meets their requirements. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advance understanding of PC operating systems and most common software applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advance understanding of PC hardware components \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing computer issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Service awareness of all organization\xe2\x80\x99s key services for which support is being provided \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 2-year degree in the IT field preferred, but not required.
