Qualifications & Skills:
Required Experience:
10+ years
of general IT support
3+ years
working for an MSP (Managed Services Provider).
3+ years
supporting Microsoft cloud environments (Office 365, Azure, Entra, SharePoint, etc.).
, switches, access points, etc.).
3+ years
supporting customers via Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
Experience managing enterprise backups
Experience with cloud-based VoIP systems support and maintenance.
Certifications : Network +, CCNA
Technical Expertise:
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise applications.
Proficiency in networking technologies, including VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and routing/switching.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Scripting and automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred).
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, SIEM, and endpoint security solutions.
