Responsibilities
Deliver expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware, software, or network issues efficiently.
Perform on-site installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of electronic tool control systems at aerospace maintenance facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair system components.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand how to maximize their use of our solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or upgrades to enhance their experience and meet their operational goals.
Assist the sales team by providing technical insights during customer consultations and helping close sales opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and service activities in our CRM system.
Follow up with customers post-support to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Stay current with industry trends, aerospace compliance requirements, and product updates to provide accurate guidance and support.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service with a passion for helping others solve problems.
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities and communicate value effectively.
Technical proficiency in hardware, software, or network troubleshooting; certifications are a plus.
Experience with electronic systems servicing, preferably in aerospace or defense environments.
