What You'll Be Doing

Show up when tech goes down and get stores back online quickly
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls
Handle basic installations, updates, and emergency maintenance
Communicate clearly with store staff and deliver excellent customer service
Bring professionalism, good energy, and a solutions-focused mindset

What You Bring

Bilingual: English and Spanish
Reliable car and valid driver's license
Strong IT skills with Windows, Mac, Office, VPN tools, antivirus, and remote access apps like LogMeIn Pro
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, dependable, and professional
Ability to stay calm and problem-solve during busy moments

Pay & Perks
