Job Description

Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist! We're seeking a skilled individual to provide top-notch help desk support. You'll be the go-to person for complex hardware inquiries, so a background in IT or a related field is a must. Your daily tasks will involve assisting customers, which requires patience and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency with ticket systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and Outlook is essential.



Responsibilities:

Assist customers with hardware troubleshooting.
Escalate issues to specialized teams when needed.
Manage the ordering of replacement parts.
Maintain accurate records in our support database.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong communication abilities.
Solid computer skills.
Experience in desktop support.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
