This is a full-time, hourly position; typical workdays are Monday through Friday from

11AM-8PM, but weekend/evening may be required for coverage.

Responsibilities:



Serve as a trusted support resource for eZCom's software applications, including our flagship product, Lingo. Assist both internal and external customers via phone, chat, and email, always delivering clear and professional communication. Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate more complex inquiries when needed. Create and test documents required by retailers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Lead training sessions for clients, helping end-users feel confident using our software, and coordinate implementation steps. Track and report on training outcomes and support activities to share progress with the team. Develop helpful tools, resources, and instructions that strengthen knowledge sharing across the company. Maintain accurate customer documentation in Zendesk and contribute to the creation of Lingo support resources. Process GS1-128 label orders (in office) as needed. Stay up to date on industry changes and share recommendations to continuously improve the support experience. Keep abreast of changes in the industry and make recommendations to management on ways to improve the department.

Qualifications

:

1-3 years of customer service experience

(technical support experience is great, but not required). Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a simple, clear way to non-technical users. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a team. Analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Relationship-building skills to create positive, professional connections with customers. Active listening skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zendesk or other support tools is a plus. High school diploma required; an associate degree in information technology or a related field is preferred.
