We're looking for a
Technical Support Specialist
who can take ownership of client requests, manage updates and fixes, and ensure everything stays connected and functioning properly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, navigating multiple systems, and delivering friendly, fast support. You'll work directly with clients and our team to resolve issues, coordinate with vendors, and handle the technical side of our service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and working across different digital systems. You might be a recent grad, a marketing professional with a technical streak, or someone returning to the workforce who's ready to apply their skills in a growing company.
What You'll Do
Manage and prioritize client support requests through our internal ticket system
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for websites, automations, and online platforms
Assist with new client onboarding and account setup
Handle small updates such as reconnecting integrations, updating settings, or testing forms
Coordinate with third-party support teams when escalation is needed
Track recurring issues, update documentation, and suggest improvements
Communicate clearly with clients to keep them informed and confident
Help manage AI-assisted tools that support our team and clients
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer or technical support (help desk, IT, or similar roles preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working across multiple systems and cloud platforms
Ability to manage tickets, stay organized, and take full ownership of support outcomes
Basic understanding of web platforms, CRM systems, and system integrations
A calm, solution-focused approach when troubleshooting with clients
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in a technical support or managed service environment
Understanding of domains, DNS, and general networking concepts
Familiarity with website platforms and automation tools
Comfort providing personable, direct client support
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
