Technical Support Rep
Job Description
Provide technical support for business, government and residential video surveillance systems. Helping connect mobile phone viewing, network cameras and troubleshooting. Position is entry level and offers great growth opportunity and fast pay increases for talented reliable employees. Great office environment and friendly "team" culture.
Duties include answering inbound technical calls, remotely logging into customer systems to provide configuration and startup support. All training and education provided. The security industry is a growing profession and provides career opportunities in good and bad economies.
Candidate should have 1 year experience with IT and general knowledge of networking. Pay scale: Hire $17/hr, 90 day evaluation $18/hr
