Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Services Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support our customers in understanding and using our products effectively. You will also assist with scheduling Virtual Technical Sessions (VTS), responding to customer inquiries, and providing first-line technical assistance.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers in setting up and using our products, providing step-by-step guidance when needed. Schedule and coordinate Virtual Technical Sessions (VTS) between customers and technical specialists. Document customer issues and feedback clearly and accurately. Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Help develop and maintain customer support materials such as FAQs, setup guides, and training resources. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); Basic understanding of technical products or software tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with client-facing communication and customer service. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus but not required.

Requirement

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for this role.
