Primary Job Duties:
Lead, mentor, and grow a technical service team (electricians, technicians, technologists, engineers).
Perform hands-on field work in electrical testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance across low, medium, high and extra-high voltage systems.
Oversee project delivery to ensure work is completed safely, on-time, and within budget.
Develop and manage daily schedules, resources, and equipment.
Support quoting, estimating, and business development alongside sales teams.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, codes, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Licensed Master or Journeyperson Electrician in Maryland (or ability to obtain) preferred
NICET - Electrical Power Testing Level III or NETA Level III preferred
Familiar with NETA-MTS and NETA-ATS
Familiar with NFPA 70E and 70B
Strong technical background in electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Proven leadership skills with ability to train and mentor others.
Excellent project management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
