full-time Technical Services Lead

WHAT YOU DO AS A TECHNICAL SERVICES LEAD:

As the Technical Services Lead, you are the primary contact for night shift team members in sanitation, maintenance, and janitorial functions. Your main responsibilities include overseeing machine and facility maintenance, ensuring all tasks are completed safely for timely production starts. You maintain daily communication with the Director of Technical Services and lead by example in promoting the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. You also create and update SOPs, support sanitation activities, train new hires, and handle food safety issues. Additionally, you perform cleaning validations, conduct process verifications, and promote a safe work environment through regular observations. Every night, you provide a detailed shift report to the company.

Who Should Apply:

High school diploma or equivalent A college or technical degree in a relevant field, or prior sanitation or maintenance experience working with industrial food manufacturing, is

preferred
