The Role:

The Technical Service Representative provides professional phone and email support for Fleece Performance products, assisting with sales, technical inquiries, recommendations, and warranty resolutions. The role troubleshoots customer issues, supports product quality and engineering improvements, helps maintain product literature, and participates in sales activities such as tradeshows and customer visits. Other duties are performed as assigned.

What You'll Do:

Provide professional and courteous customer support of Fleece Performance products via phone and email communication including product sales, technical support, product recommendations, and warranty resolution. Support the troubleshooting of both administrative and technical issues reported by customers and work towards a timely resolution, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or departments when necessary. Support product quality initiatives through timely collection of information as required to support product quality and engineering improvements. Work with the Customer Support Team in the continuous improvement of product literature including installation instructions. Support sales and selling initiatives such as tradeshows, events, and customer visits as required. All other duties as assigned.

What It Takes:

Must be highly selfmotivated and proactive in completing tasks. Must display a positive attitude towards coworkers and customers. Be friendly and courteous in response to customer needs. Highly detail oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects at once. Proficient understanding of light duty diesel engines, operation, and troubleshooting. Exceptional writing, composition, and oral communication skills. Demonstrated technical proficiency in understanding mechanical and electrical automotive products. Strong desire to be a part of a rapidly changing organization.
