Technical Sales Representative -- Erie, PA

Are you a curious, customer-focused professional who loves solving problems and bridging the gap between engineering and business? Do you thrive on turning complex technical concepts into meaningful customer value? If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you on our team.

As Technical Sales Representative,you'll play a key role in growing Accudyn's customer base and supporting existing accounts. You'll combine technical knowledge with interpersonal skills to deliver solutions that align with customer needs, operational capabilities, and strategic goals.

You Will Make a Difference by:

Serving as the primary contact for assigned customers -- understanding their needs and translating them into actionable opportunities. Partnering with engineering and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and cost-effective solutions. Supporting new business development efforts through quoting, proposals, and presentations. Conducting market and account research to identify growth opportunities. Managing and tracking projects from concept to production, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Building long-term customer relationships rooted in trust, reliability, and technical expertise.

Role Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience with proven results selling technical products and services BA/BS degree in a relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university Relevant relationship-based selling experience in a competitive B2B manufacturing environment

Role Requirements and Competencies

Excellent computer skills with proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products Ability to conduct market research and communicate results to appropriate team members Excellent communication skills including writing skills to support the development of engaging content for all marketing projects Demonstrates superior organizational skills including the ability to properly prioritize multiple projects/deadlines The ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time. Possesses a collaborative, curious mindset that will allow for close work in a team environment
This role is onsite at our Erie, PA location.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. At times this role will require interaction on the manufacturing floor and in warehouse spaces. Protective eye wear is necessary in designated areas.
