Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Technical Research Analyst to support cutting-edge research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and energy systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about emerging technologies and their application in power infrastructure, with strong analytical and documentation skills.



The successful candidate will contribute to research initiatives, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and support the development, deployment, and evaluation of AI/ML models within the energy domain.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research to dissect market, industry, and technological data. Ascertain and authenticate emerging technological trends in the domain of Convergence of Data and Power Assess technical characteristics and business case studies of pivotal technologies to ensure congruence with strategic objectives, guaranteeing the alignment of technology roadmaps with research findings. Recognize key corporations, educational institutions, national laboratories and research centers for potential partnerships. Generate exhaustive documentation encompassing all research, technology evaluation, market studies, technology roadmaps and engagement initiatives. Foster efficient cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with both external and internal partners and institutions. Define, strategize, and implement domain-specific workshops. Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data, trends, and patterns. Proficiency in data analytic tools and techniques is essential.

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's

Years of Experience: 3+


Field of Expertise: Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial engineering, Business, computer science. Understanding of the electrical industry, particularly in the context convergence of data and power (at least one of the subdomains listed) and future trends.

Years of Experience: 5+


Preferred Field of Expertise: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, , Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master's degree, in Business, Business Analytics, or similar a plus. Understanding of the electrical industry, particularly in the context convergence of data and power (two or more one of the subdomains listed) and future trends. Knowledge of emerging disruptive technologies is essential.
