Job Title : Technical Project Manager



Experience Required - 8+ Years



Must Have Technical/Functional Skills



Seeking a highly technical project Manager / Program Manager to lead delivery of backend microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native platform capabilities. The TPM will work closely with engineering and architecture teams to participate in design discussions, review solution approaches, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple Agile teams



Roles & Responsibilities



Collaborate with engineers and architects to review and contribute to microservices designs, system architecture, integration patterns, and API specifications.

Lead delivery of backend services, cloud components, data workflows, and cross-team engineering initiatives.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure clarity of scope and timelines across engineering teams.

Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and maintain strong alignment between engineering, product, and operations.

Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, reliability, observability, and security.

Drive transparent communication, including status reporting, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder updates.


Required Qualifications


Strong understanding of Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

Ability to read and evaluate technical design documents, architectural diagrams, sequence flows, and service interactions.

5+ years of technical project/program management or engineering leadership experience.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.

Excellent communication, technical judgment, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications


Background working with AI/ML systems, chatbots, or speech/text integrations.

Experience leading multi-team programs in a distributed, onsite-offshore engineering model.

Certifications such as CSM


Salary Range - $100,000 to $125,000 per year
