Technical Project Manager
Location: Foster City, Onsite
Type: FTE / C2H (No H1B; USC/GC Preferred)
Rate: $65/hr or $130k PA
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of experience.
10+ years overall IT experience, including 4+ years managing application support projects (L1/L2/L3).
Strong background in ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow/Jira for ticketing, SLA tracking, and dashboards.Skilled in stakeholder/vendor coordination, escalations, governance calls, RCA documentation, SOPs, and release/deployment management.Expertise in resource planning, workload management, sprint planning, and customer communication.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum, Jira/Azure DevOps, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing day-to-day support operations across multiple applications, ensuring SLA compliance, driving process improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
