What You Bring

A strong foundation in

Food Science, Grain Science, Agricultural Engineering

, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

5-10+ years

of experience in masa flour product development, operations, or commercialization. Deep knowledge of

nixtamalization

, corn varietals, and masa functionality. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and scale-up efforts. Bilingual proficiency in

English and Spanish

. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
