Formal Job Title: Integrations Quotation Specialist

Reports to: Engineering Manager

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

The Integrations Quotation Specialist position partners with the outside sales team and engineering to provide integration quotations to Cherokee M&C customers. This position requires a high level of detailed focus on creating technical quotes, relationship building internally and externally, and maintaining a service attitude.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

Prepare integration quotes, ERP utilization, and research cost information.

Negotiate with manufacturers and vendors for the best pricing, terms, and services.

Respond to basic inquiries concerning integration and provide a resolution as needed.

Develop product knowledge in use and application.

Provide support to the Outside Sales team as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:

Ability to understand operations processes and procedures

Goal-oriented, self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.

ERP experience required, Epicor a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge and understanding of the natural gas industry relative to analytical and measurement, preferred.

Ability to build and foster professional relationships with manufacturers, customers, and co-workers.

Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Exercise discretion and confidentiality.

Organized with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work.

Ability to take initiative and perform work independently with limited supervision.

Meet published quotation deadlines

Attend Company Trainings

Attend Customer / Supplier Meetings

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Two (2) years of sales, purchasing, or related work experience.

Two (2) years of Epicor ERP system experience, preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Environmental Conditions:

A typical office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues. May have occasional outdoor exposure to heat, cold, and environmental elements.

Pay commensurate with experience.
