Must Haves
5+ YOE as a Technical designer in pattern making or adjusting patterns, can start from scratch or adjust existing patterns for women's athletic wear
Role is potentially athlete facing, can do functional work and be representative the brand
Knowledge of garment construction for knits - knowledge of wovens could work as well, but knits is preferred
Nice to Haves
Performance wear experience
Outerwear experience, dresses and skirts
PDM, PCX, PLM, Web based to add comments on changes - record keeping tools
Responsibilities / Description
Build a technical clothing pattern based off of a designer's sketch
Create a pattern as in the technical drawings and measurements of how a garment is constructed and fitted
Create technical drawings and patterns of a shirt that that can be sewn from scratch
Designs technical pattern and assess the fit of the garment
Construct garments and writing technical documents that are used to create the clothing item
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
