The Role
We are looking for a
Technical Customer Service Representative
who is highly organized and technically curious. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our engineering team. You will spend your day managing communication in
HubSpot
and documenting technical bugs or hardware issues in
Jira
.
You don't need a background in 3D printing, but you
must
be someone who enjoys "under the hood" troubleshooting and can maintain a high standard of professional communication under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication:
Own the customer experience by providing clear, concise, and helpful support via email and phone.
CRM Management:
Manage the full customer lifecycle within
HubSpot
, ensuring all contact records, deals, and tickets are accurate and up-to-date.
Technical Documentation:
Translate customer hardware/software issues into detailed, actionable tickets in
Jira
for our engineering and production teams.
3D Printer Troubleshooting:
Learn the mechanics of our 3D printers to help customers resolve calibration, filament, and hardware issues remotely.
Process Organization:
Maintain a "zero-inbox" mentality, ensuring every inquiry is acknowledged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
Resource Creation:
Help build out our internal and external knowledge base to empower customers to self-solve common issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can make complex technical steps easy for anyone to follow.
The "Stack":
Proficiency with
HubSpot
(or similar CRM) and
Jira
(or similar project management software).
Technical Curiosity:
You are a "tinkerer." Whether it's PC building, basic coding, or fixing home electronics, you enjoy the process of figuring out why something isn't working.
Hyper-Organized:
You find satisfaction in a well-organized dashboard and never let a follow-up task slip through the cracks.
Bonus Points For
Previous experience in a Technical Support or Help Desk role.
Experience with 3D printing hardware or Slicing software.
Experience in a SaaS or hardware startup environment.
