Job Purpose and Impact

The Technical Application Specialist will assess needs and actively provide technical solutions and support to customers with significant business impact. In this role, you will develop the specialty business by offering innovative technology, recommendations, and products to a large category organization. You will coordinate with business groups sales and commercial teams to identify and acquire new business with potential customers. You will collaborate with teams to manage a portfolio involving projects requiring new application technology. Key Accountabilities

Provide support to commercial team with prospective customers and anticipate technological developments.
Assist project lead manage individual technology project budgets within your scope of responsibility.
Seek solutions to issues using deep knowledge in one or more field and wide knowledge across multiple specialties.
Identify and provide technical support to strategic customers with priority in the country or region.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Available to travel 10% - 20%
Minimum of four years of related work experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; oral and written
Demonstrated success in project and product management
Experience with customer support
Experience in applying nutritional concepts to software and other digital tools Compensation Details

The expected salary for this position is $110K - 125K+. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
