Job Summary

Provides administrative support to a small technical team. The effort is part of a large Satellite Comms program, MUOS for the US Space Force. Requires attendance at technical meetings to capture notes and action items, integrates various updates to the Integrated Master Schedule, maintains the Giver/Receiver List, and maintains Risks and Opportunities with the most up-to-date information.

Hybrid is available. Travel is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Performs stakeholder engagement for small technical working groups. Maintains master stakeholder list. Maintains schedule and POAMs. Maintains IMS. Coordinates with Program Schedule Manager. Develops meeting minutes and action items. Oversees document archiving activities. Maintains Giver/Receiver list of data, products, and documents required by and from each stakeholder. Maintains Risk and Opportunities library. Coordinates with Program Risk Manager. Coordinates invitations for meetings and TIMs. Coordinates SCS ICWG Meeting Agenda Development. Coordinates CDRL workflows. Integrates STS-SCS ICWG schedule with SLE IMS. Performs stakeholder engagement for STS-SCS ICWG. Maintains master stakeholder list. Maintains STS-SCS ICWG schedule and POAMs. Maintains STS-SCS ICWG IMS. Coordinates with Program Schedule Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have a general knowledge in Program/Project Management, Master Scheduling, Acquisition Planning, and Management/Administrative Support.

A college degree is required.

Salary

The minimum salary starts at $90,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
