About the position:
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will manage client relationships and develop plans that address both short and long-term goals. You will collaborate closely with clients to identify new opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and present solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Manage technical relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and service expansion.
Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering value through products and services.
Collaborate with customers' technical leads, ensuring their needs are met.
Liaise between the customer's and TGS support resources.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to address tickets, escalations, and projects.
Monitor key performance metrics and proactively recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of IT experience, (Helpdesk or MSP)
Preferred 2 years of IT account management experience.
Knowledge of technology alignment or pre-sales.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to work with a variety of customers and work independently.
Required/Preferred Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent IT-related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
