Become a Key Player as a Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager, you will guide enterprise customers through complex environment changes while resolving technical escalations end-to-end. You will drive value realization in stakeholder meetings and QBRs and orchestrate integrations across Adobe and third?party solutions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver enablement and best practices. This is a staffing engagement based in Chicago, IL, running from 11/17/2025 to 05/15/2026 at 40 hours per week.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
Manage technical escalations with clear action plans, ownership, and status updates through resolution.
Deliver proactive and preventive service deliverables; guide customers through complex environment changes.
Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting, including simulating and replicating customer?reported issues.
Orchestrate advanced solution integrations with Adobe and third?party products.
Manage assigned accounts and assist teammates; communicate business impact to internal associates.
Represent value realization in stakeholder meetings and quarterly business reviews; influence initiatives and processes.
Contribute to product and operational best practices; lead large, complex, strategic accounts.
Collaborate with engineering to deliver enablement content; apply enterprise software lifecycle phases (design, implementation, testing, release management).
Research, enhance, and apply knowledge; guide others in operating procedures.
Contribute to team goals; mentor junior team members; lead initiatives impacting immediate or extended teams.
Provide advice, training, and support to junior team members; drive engagement with SMEs, product engineering, and management.
Supervise activities of peers and less?tenured team members; act independently with an entrepreneurial perspective.
Share knowledge globally via forums, team meetings, and documentation.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
Advanced troubleshooting and problem?solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal).
Ability to manage complex accounts and deliver innovative solutions to customer requirements.
Strategic thinking with the ability to influence client roadmaps and strategic visions.
Expertise in multiple Adobe solutions with certifications in business practitioner roles (essential).
Technical confidence and actionable knowledge of Adobe investments for a comprehensive view.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering and cross?functional teams.
Research strength and knowledge dissemination capabilities.
Leadership and mentoring skills; ability to support and guide junior team members.
Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to act independently on new assignments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced Adobe solution certifications are essential.
Pay Range
$39.89 - $49.87/hour
